Nuxt.js
Nuxt is the Vue meta-framework, adding file-based routing, server rendering, and static generation on top of Vue. It is the Vue ecosystem's answer to Next.js.
Pros
- Rendering modes. SSR, SSG, and hybrid rendering per route out of the box. 0
- File-based routing. The filesystem defines routes with zero config. 0
- Auto-imports. Components and composables import themselves automatically. 0
- Strong modules. A rich module ecosystem covers common needs. 0
Cons
- Vue-only. Locked to the smaller Vue ecosystem versus React. 0
- Upgrade churn. The Nuxt 2 to 3 migration was disruptive. 0
- Build complexity. Large sites hit slow builds and caching quirks. 0
- Server needed. Dynamic features require Node hosting. 0
